As a result of the personal experiences of the two founding partners in the field of audiology, Evollu was born in 2015 with the clear mission of creating and providing support and hearing solutions to all those who experience difficulties in responding and solutions in the field of hearing diagnosis, from neonatal and infant age to the elderly. The mission is quickly extended to other areas of health while maintaining the same objective: to democratize access to health for all those who need it.

Effective in 2017, Evollu assumes itself as a technological start-up in the field of audiology that aims to provide the market with the best solutions, from audiology diagnosis for the final consumer and professionals in the area. In short, to be an integrated and global solution in the world of audiology with a relevant social role, focusing on easy and free access to the world of diagnostics.

Joining this project is the largest company in the technological area in Portugal – Glintt -, a multinational stakeholder with two decades of experience and more than 1200 employees in the area of Information Technologies which, together with the dozens of Evollu employees, allows to expand and leverage its production capacity on a large scale. After 5 years, Evollu has directly impacted the quality of life of more than 20,000 families around the world, either through screening, through medical and technological support in the audiology area, or the screening system for children’s problems applied in many hospitals in our country.

Nowadays, Evollu provides its technology for most European Union countries and, with a unique software in the area of neonatal diagnosis and audiology, it is an example and a reference in Portugal in this area.
